Catalase control

Use of BIM’s knowledge and catalase control programme can deliver the required brightness while keeping the cost for bleaching chemicals under control.

Bacteria can start to grow in water and pulp towers which can cause peroxide decomposition. A lower level of residual peroxide in the system affects or prolongs the time taken to attain the correct brightness level.

BIM CATALASECONTROL programme prevents decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and can be used as preventative treatment before a planned shutdown or can be added to your system if the problems occur.
